Why XCE exists
Recruitment is a people business, and one with almost no exit routes. Owner-managed firms are rarely bought by private equity. Trade buyers are scarce, and for most founders, the only path is a self-funded management buyout: slow, risky, and rarely reflecting what the business is really worth.
XCE exists to change that. We acquire owner-managed recruitment firms and keep them intact (brand, team, and culture), while centralised group functions remove owner dependency and a public market balance sheet gives them the capital to scale.

Our recruitment business generates revenue and cash flow. We use that to build a disciplined Bitcoin treasury, strengthening the balance sheet over time.
