Why XCE exists

Great recruitment businesses create significant value, but too often they’re constrained by the same challenges: hiring, scaling, succession and access to capital. Owner-managed firms are rarely bought by private equity, trade buyers are scarce, and for most founders the only path is a self-funded management buyout: slow, risky, and rarely reflecting what the business is really worth.

XCE exists to change that. We acquire owner-managed recruitment firms and keep them intact, brand, team, and culture, while centralised group functions remove owner dependency and a public-market balance sheet gives them the capital to scale.
