Executive recruitment is a people-driven industry, and revenue growth depends on attracting and retaining top performers.
We will achieve this by offering individual performance-based share options, enabling our team to participate directly in the upside of our Bitcoin strategy.

Drive Bitcoin education, integration and business adoption
We are building a dedicated Bitcoin recruitment division, positioning XCE and our flagship operational business, Spencer Riley, as a leader in Bitcoin-focused executive search.
Connecting executives passionate about Bitcoin with companies looking for Bitcoin expertise, we aim to accelerate corporate adoption of Bitcoin whilst capturing the growing demand for specialised talent – ultimately generating sustainable, long-term value for XCE.
We hold a strong conviction in Bitcoin’s long-term value and see widespread business adoption as inevitable. To accelerate this shift, we also actively promote education for companies, making the principles of sound money accessible to those ready to embrace it.

Expand market share
The executive recruitment sector is highly fragmented, with private firms facing few viable exit strategies. We see an opportunity to acquire profitable, revenue-generating businesses with little or no debt and integrate them into our scalable group platform, which has the capacity to integrate new businesses efficiently and grow.
Using our treasury-backed model we will aim to pursue these acquisitions at little or zero upfront cash cost, using performance-linked equity and long-term performance-based share earn outs.
This structure aligns incentives: owners and employees share in future value creation, while we deploy existing reserves and future cash flows to strengthen our Bitcoin position – driving growth in Bitcoin per share and our Bitcoin treasury. We are focused on relentless Bitcoin accumulation and increasing Bitcoin per share.
